How We Work

How We Work

A clear seven-step process, from first consultation to post-execution documentation.

1

Consultations

At this phase, we assess the project requirements, including architectural character, size, and budget. We gather and review the client's needs and discuss the required information in order to move to the next step.

2

Initial Design Phase

The consultation phase and the collection of project information enable us to analyze the site's capabilities and identify development options. Based on this data, we prepare a technical analysis that complies with the approved standards, leading to the preparation of the initial design and the general plan to be shared with the client for comments and approval.

3

Design Development Phase

In this phase, we prepare detailed designs for each stage of construction, including architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical designs. Engineers and architects agree with the client on the systems, specifications, and materials to be used, then prepare the initial drawings based on building regulations.

4

Final Design Development

At this phase, the initial design is completed in more detail. The final design drawings are prepared, including the definition of materials and systems to be used, along with general and special detail drawings for all disciplines: architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical.

5

Interior Design and Decoration

We prepare interior designs based on proper foundations and dimensions to meet the functional requirements of the space. This phase can include VR for Architecture, allowing the client to walk inside the model and experience the design realistically.

6

Execution Phase

The project execution phase begins after signing the agreement between the owner and the company. This phase includes all activities related to starting the project execution until delivering it to the owner.

7

Post-execution Phase

What distinguishes British United at this phase is the delivery of a complete file documenting the project execution stages. The client can review the entire workflow through a short video and images taken at the worksite until the delivery phase.
